What is your turnaround time?
Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (excluding holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on weekdays typically ship the same day. Larger orders may take longer. Please contact us for an estimated delivery time.
Do you have any minimum order requirements?
No, we don’t have any minimum order limits. You can order as little as one item. However, we do offer special discounts for bulk or volume orders.
Why are your prices significantly lower than market prices?
Our low prices have nothing to do with product quality. In fact, we offer some of the highest-quality products available on the market. The reason our prices are lower is because we operate with factory-direct pricing. By eliminating middlemen and selling directly to our customers, we’re able to pass the savings on to you.
Do you offer local pickup?
No, we don't offer local pickup. Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a notification email with tracking number.
Do you offer discounts for resellers?
Yes, we offer special discounts for resellers. We also provide white-label branding options, allowing you to sell our products under your own brand. It’s a great opportunity to grow your business with high-quality products at wholesale prices.
