Prime DTF Transfers does not verify ownership of submitted artwork and assumes no responsibility for any infringement resulting from customer-provided files.

Customers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prime DTF Transfers LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, legal fees, or expenses arising from submitted artwork.

Right to Refuse Service

Prime DTF Transfers reserves the right to refuse, suspend, cancel, or decline any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to orders that:

Include copyrighted or trademarked material without authorization

Prime DTF Transfers cannot guarantee application results when transfers are applied using customer-owned equipment.
