At Prime DTF Transfers, we strive to make your purchasing experience smooth and cost-effective. If your business is tax exempt, you may qualify to have sales tax removed from your orders.
Please read the guidelines below and submit your current state’s valid tax exemption certificate to complete your exemption request.

Who Qualifies for Tax Exemption?
Tax exemption may apply if you meet one of the following criteria:
- You hold a valid resale certificate in your state.
- You are a non-profit organization with tax-exempt status.
- You are purchasing products for resale, not personal use.
Tax exemption eligibility depends on your state rules. We recommend confirming your eligibility with your state tax authority before submitting your form.

What We Need from You
To process your tax exemption request, please provide all of the following:
- A legible copy of your current tax exemption certificate or resale permit.
- The certificate must be issued for the state where your business is registered.
- Your business name and address must match the certificate details.
- A legible copy of your current tax exemption certificate or resale permit.

How to Submit Your Tax Exempt Certificate
Please complete these steps:
- Download your state’s valid exemption form.
Example: California Resale Certificate, Texas Sales Tax Exemption, etc. - Fill out the form completely.
- Sign or e-sign the completed document.
- Email the finished form to: prime@primedtftransfers.com
Make sure the certificate is clear, readable, and includes all required signatures.

Turnaround Time
Once we receive your completed form:
- We will review your submission within same business days.
- If approved, tax will be removed from eligible future orders.
- You will be notified via email when the exemption is activated.
